On the mid eastern portion of the land is a small hill where the Jolteon tribe have set up camp. Each side is guarded by a small metallic rock barrier and when hit with lightning can shock an intruder. Each den is fortified out of thick stone so nothing can bring them down. The leader sleep right in the middle of the camp. From there the leader can control the whole camp.
